Good location. Very hot in Haro so air-conditioning was a little noicy in oir room. Good bar and restaurant that was very busy. So with the general staff shortage in Europe the few person's working did a great job.

Perfect except for one thing.
Loved this place. Lovely and helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, very nice room. The only thing that prevents me from giving it a perfect rating is the noise I heard from my neighbors. I could only hear my neighbors on one side of me, which leads me to believe that not all rooms would have this problem. I was there for two nights. The first night I could hear from my bed the Brazilian couple next door who were loudly speaking until 12:30 a.m. (I lived in Brazil so I could recognise the accent). The next night it was an American couple, sounded like they were from the south. They got back to their room at around 11:30 p.m. and began talking loudly and walking around. This lasted about an hour. Again, I could hear entire sentences from my bed. It would help if the management could remind people to try and be quiet after 11 p.m. I can’t imagine that people want others hearing their conversations.

Buen trato por parte de todo el personal del hotel, por poner una pequeña pega que las persona con movilidad reducida tenemos que llamar por teléfono para que te abran si llegas a horas posteriores a las 23:00 no co,o el resto pueden entrar a cualquier hora con su tarjeta de habitación.

A romantic space in Haro (La Rioja), clean with attentive personnel (Cristina and Tiago) receiving you. Conveniently placed you can be in less than 3 minutes in "La Herradura"(where nice bars and restaurants are located). We were in love with Haro and, God willing, will return and stay in Hotel Arrope.

Buenos días: siento que "le hayan engañado", pero tal y como le dije, la publicidad que aparece en las OTAS no depende del hotel, y sí que venía especificado el coste de nuestro parking, aunque le doy la razón en que lo anuncian de un modo muy confuso. De todas formas, no creemos que ese detalle tenga que perjudicarnos en su puntuación. Espero que la estancia al menos haya sido agradable.

Buenos días: muchas gracias por su valoración. Nos gustaría saber en qué habitación estuvo alojada, ya que siempre nos puntúan muy bien los colchones, e incluso ha habido gente que se ha comprado el mismo, por lo que pensamos que puede estar deteriorado y habría que cambiarlo. Saludos.

Buenas tardes: lamento que no haya tenido una buena experiencia. La gran mayoría de los clientes nos califican con puntuación muy alta, por lo que nos sorprende bastante su feedback. ¿podría especificar un poco más a que se debe su decepción? Gracias por su opinión.

Fin de semana agradable en un hotel coqueto
El hotel pequeñito, muy agradable. Estuvimos en una habitación en el ático amplia y muy bonita, el problema fue el calor horroroso que obligaba a dormir con el aire acondicionado. La cama cómoda aunque la almohada muy dura. El desayuno bien con varias opciones y la posibilidad de la terraza muy agradable. Al lado del centro. Problema: aparcar.

Efectivamente, cuando hace mucho calor. los áticos se calientan mucho. La solución está en dejar los aires acondicionados encendidos con el fin de encontrarlos fresquitos ala vuelta. El tema del aparcamiento, el hotel dispone de unos cuántos, pero bajo reserva. Es posible que cuándo se aloó estuvieran llenos. Lo siento de verdad. Un saludo, Ana Monge

I had a nice room though it only had a skylight. The staff was friendly and welcoming. One major and one minor issue. The ads all say that wi-fi is included. Actually what was included was only 30 minutes of wi-fi per device. When I tried to log in with the same device I got a message saying that I had exceeded the maximum! One minor issue that I was baffled by. There were two bottles of water in the refrigerator. There was a sign with some instructions that I could have a free bottle of water sent to my address if I followed certain (cumbersome) instructions. But if I just took the water I would be charged 15 euros each!!!! That's a new world record for the price of water as far as I'm concerned. What could the hotel be thinking? Why would I go to all the trouble they asked, just so someone would send me a bottle of water?

Good Morning: I think there has been a misunderstanding. Bottles cost € 15, but water is free! If you like the bottle and want to get one, you must follow the instructions. The 30-minute wifi is for customers, but for guests it is unlimited. It is possible that the person who gave you the ticket was confused. sorry for the inconvenience
