«Location is good.But studio is much smaller than advertised- it’s definitely not 400 sq ft! Closer to 200. And it’s at street level so there is noise from foot traffic walking right outside your windows. The reception service of the property should be much better- it was almost non-existent and you are pretty much left to your own devices to figure out how to access the building and your apartment. And check out time at 10 am is brutal with eviction by gruff cleaner. Pity because the location is ...
