«We had 6 adults and two babies. The house is very spacious and we had ample room to hang out and not feel crowded. The large dock was perfect for our boat and paddle boards. The setting was very peaceful and conveniently located across the cove from a boat ramp. We had two trucks (one with a trailer) and two mini vans. Though driveway is a bit tight, there was room to park by the house and at top of driveway.»

«This place is the perfect place for a group of friends to gather, enjoy each others company and just have fun. The bunk beds are comfortable. Small details like individual lights, phone charging stations, a little "belongings pocket" were so appreciated. The layout is nice to sit and chat, play some pool, have a great meal, hang out around the fire. The area is quiet and relaxing. Wished we had more time. Will definitely be back.»

«The maid service was poor. Not very clean and we had to do 2 loads of towels from previous renters. Nice location and easy access to lake and ramp. Outside property needs some cleaning.»

«Loved this property! Super easy to find, great location, clean, very spacious, all the comforts of home. My work team opted to stay together while in town for an outing at KY Lake rather than all rent hotels rooms. Best decision. This was the perfect place that allowed everyone to have their own space. The kitchen/living area is huge. There were only 4 of us so it was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again! I slept in the back bedroom. I don’t know what that mattress was, but I fell ...

«The property was great. It was clean and lived in, so you felt at home. They had everything we needed, plenty of towels, equipment to cook with, even a s'mores bar. There had been storms prior to our stay so the fire pit was wet, but we made s'mores inside. The whole family had a good time.»
