"The room (s) was clean and nice. We had some issue with some electrical, so we got a free upgrade on our room (2 grades up), because we had to changer rooms. But that went smooth and nice. Happy with the kitchen corner, fridge and freezer. The hotel is perfectly located in "dead center of town". Just of Arndale and Printworks, so close to Deansgate, Market St, Northern Quater and Piccadilly. I would higly recomend this hotel and I will probably stay here next time as well (I have been going to Manchester for 20 years, this has to be my favourite so far)."

"Frokosten har dårlig utvalg og er av lav kvalitet. På Hampton hoteller rundt i Europa finner man mye bedre kvalitet. Det har 4 stjerner hotell med 1 stjerne frokost."

"Fantastic experience! The area around the hotel is so nice, clean and beautiful, and so is the hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful, and the restaurant that belongs to the hotel were amazing. The swimming pool and spa-bath was great and so nice to come home to after a long day of shopping. The beds were a little bit to hard for our liking, but that’s the only thing. We will definetly come back here! "

"The water tap in the bathroom was almost not working, and water was coming out where it was not supposed to. We reported it, but it was not fixed during our stay (reported friday morning, and we left monday morning)."
