«I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!»

«Wow amazing stay ... fantastic apartment and parking , right in the center of everything .... few minutes walk to castle , shops and restaurants.... we would 100% stay there again and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a stay in Lancaster.... 10/10 😆»

«The Royal presents itself impeccably. It has quality everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate and food quality didn’t let us down. However, our experience at breakfast was a little disappointing as everything was being cleared away before we had finished eating!! And our charges to the room were taken from my credit card without any prior consultation. Still waiting for an email of my bill which was promised? All just seemed a bit unprofessional?»

«From easy parking, ease of checkin, spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed. Hot drink making facilities and a nice addition of water in the mini fridge, access to a dining area downstairs with microwave, hot drink facilities and a toaster was all you needed. The price reflects the absence of breakfast supplied and to be honest, we preferred this option. Great value for money. We will be back! »

«Vi valgte dette hotellet fordi det var rett ved togstasjonen og vi skulle komme ganske sent på kvelden. Tog vårt ble byttet ut med buss og vi kom derfor litt senere. Vi ringte til hotellet og fikk beskjed om at det ikke var noe problem, selv om vi kom etter at resepsjonen stengte, vi fikk intstrukser og alt var i orden. Lancaster er ikke så stort, så det er ganske lokalt uansett hvor du bor. Det var 1 minutt til nærmeste shopping gate, 4 minutter til borgen, 5 minutter til togstasjonen, 2 ...

«Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend. »

«Firstly, the location was great. The Stork is near the M6 and minutes away from downtown Lancaster, yet you feel like you are in the country. We enjoyed a last minute stay at the Stork and feel as though we had found a hidden gem. If the rooms aren't brand new, they certainly appear so. We also had a gastropub style meal at night and a complimentary full English bteakfast in the morning. Both meals were very good.
