The staff provided us with top tier customer service. They made us feel welcomed, safe, taken care of at all times and went out of their way to put us and our comfort first. We had an incredible one night stay on the cruise. It was true luxury!! Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. Tinh was especially great and had many stories to share about Vietnam that were very interesting. The rooms were very clean, beds super comfortable, and waking up to a view of the bay was even more incredible! Food was also delicious, but keep in mind you have to pay for beverages. One night was enough but we could have definitely stayed for two! Highly recommend treating yourself to a stay!

Excellent luxury cruise. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are exactly as pictures and the bathtub in the senior suite is incredible. The cruise starts at 1pm and ends at 11am, so don’t count on a full 2-day experience.

This was the first cruise we have experienced. Harry, Tracy and Merlin were the best hosts we have come across. Harry spent sometime with us explaining the different islands and what they specialize in as well explaining the different fruits in the area. Tracy took sometime with us to explain the different areas on the speed boat and made us feel very welcome. Merlin also spent sometime with us at dinner on the top of the boat and explained some Vietnamese history which was a very nice touch. He was also the first person to serve us at the welcome lunch. We loved the experience on the cruise and will definitely come again in the future if we are in the area. Thank you to everyone on the cruise and to Harry, Tracy and Merlin!. Pravjot and Prakash

Birthday treat in Ha Long Bay.
My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here for her birthday gift from myself to her, as I am not able to visit Vietnam at this time. They had the most amazing time and said the accommodation and staff were all excellent. From the food, spa treatments, kayaking, speed boat ride, to the views and everything in between it was a fabulous experience for them.

Can’t say enough about how great our stay was. The personal attention is amazing. From the moment you are greeted on to the ship the crew does everything they can to meet your every need. The food is very good. If you don’t like the options they will make something for you on the spot. Rooms are very clean. They have activities thru out your stay which are a lot of fun. Waking up in the rooms with a view of the bay is amazing. The rooms have little balcony’s you can sit on and relax. We traveled to Vietnam during the virus outbreak and this was a highlight of the trip because you could tell they where keeping a clean a sanitary environment. Would 100% recommend to anyone. Also arranging transportation thru the company is nice. They have very nice vans they take you from your pick up point to the harbor.

Friendliest staff and amazing views
The friendliness of all the staff (especially the manager Thao Le) was exceptional. The views were amazing and the overall experience was very relaxing. Scored down for cleaning as the shower room walls and bathroom floor was not cleaned to standard. Food was ok, set menu better than the buffet. Thanks to the staff i would highly recommend.

service and rooms were top notch! I would say the transportation situations from Hanoi should be thought through a better for single occupants. the seating in the 7 person shuttle does not have room for the odd person out.

Absolutely amazing experience: beautiful boat, great facilities and exceptional service from the crew. We loved every minute of it. If I had to make a criticism, one minor point would be that drinks could be better: a greater wine list and better cocktails would have been nice but I’m being picky here.

The stay really was STELLAR!!
Quick review: Amazing and would recommend to everyone. Everything is 5-stars. Longer Review: This is my first time to Halong Bay so I cannot compare other boats. This boat was simply fantastic. Service: The staff and crew could not have been friendlier and always working hard to make sure you are happy and get what you need. Boat: There's a swimming pool, golf putting green, bar, dining area, and a large sun deck on the top floor. Plenty of areas to relax and enjoy during your stay. The boat is only 7 months old, so it's in excellent condition. Food: The food was very good, but nothing extroardinary. This is not to say the food was less than my expectations. If you compare the food to a cruise line like Royal Princess and you rate them a 5 star, then Stellar would be 4 star. To be fair, Stellar is a big boat and not a gigantic ship. Price: from what I've researched, Stellar is more on the higher end. I would say the value is there though. The high price definitely meets what you are paying for. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations and I have nothing to complain about. Note: this has nothing to do with the boat, but don't expect to get wifi for 24 hours. This is how halong bay is.

A클래스 크루즈에서 2018년11월 새로 런칭한 소형 럭셔리 크루즈 입니다. 일반적인 하롱베이 크루즈와 달리 요트같은 느낌이며 매우 세련되었습니다. 전객실 발코니며 직원의 친절도도 대단합니다.(이미 A클래스크루즈에서 검증받은 직원들)(Mr. happy. Tom. Peter Thankyou) 런치코스 바베큐디너도 훌륭하고 바에서 마시는 술들도 비싸지 않습니다. 객실은 1층 주니어 2층 시니어, 이그제큐티브, 3층 프레지 로 이루어져있으며 전 2개뿐인 이그제큐티브에 묵었는데 개인썬베드도 있고 굿입니다. 퇴실시 주니어 시니어 다 봤는데 발코니 난간이 주니어는 강판, 시니어는 강화유리라 시니어 추천합니다. 한번뿐인 크루즈 강추합니다.
