Det beste personalet
Helt fantastisk og utrolig god service. Ble hjulpet med alle spørsmål vi hadde. Alle tilpasninger med mat (vegitar etc) ble fulgt opp på hotellet og videre hvis vi skulle på turer. Rent og pent og veldig fin lokasjon, nære alle severdigheter, men tilbaketrukket og stille.

The Solaria hotel is a great option while staying in Hanoi, it is in the old quarter and right next to the lake and close to a lot of spots. The hotel is nice has a restaurant, rooftop bar and spa. The included bfast is honestly the best i have ever had in a hotel as your allowed to order a la carte (both western and traditional vietnamese options) as well as selection of various other options buffet style. I had the best bún chà there included in the breakfast. They also gave me breakfast to go on my day of departure as i was going to miss it due to my flight. Ive never had a hotel do this. The spa was incredible and very affordable. Overall was very happy with my stay! The hospitality there is just incredible and all of the staff were very nice!

The best is the staff always kind, if you want to do anything contact them and they will help you even if it is at another city, they take us to the train cabin so it was easier, also give us lunch for all activities

We loved this place, however do not use the laundry service. We got to our next destination only to find out one of our shorts had been destroyed and they simply folded it and put it with the rest of our clothes.

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise . They were excellent .Very efficient. Loved the rooftop lounge. Great morning buffet. A Huge thunder storm and lightening storm came while we were there. They even sent us away with a lunch and coffee.

The hotel has wonderful service because of their friendly and competent staff. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. No hard beds here. The buffet breakfast with optional cooked to order eggs, great selection of Vietnamese and Western food options, good selection of seasonal fruit. In addition the location is excellent - close to the lake, shopping, etc. I would highly recommend it.

Absolutely charming quaint hotel with excellent customer service. All the staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant. Nice rooms, a bit small as would be expected for the old quarter. Great location and the breakfast is among the best meals that you will eat. Stunning rooftop bar with delicious cocktails and welcoming staff. I highly recommend.

The staff were exceptional at this hotel, very friendly and helpful. They organised my tour to Ha Long Bay too. Upon check in they knew I was vegetarian (mentioned on my tour booking) and provided me with a list of nearby vegetarian restaurants which was really helpful. Before I set off on the day tour of Ha Long bay they gave me a bag with water and fruit for the journey ahead. Small things but make such a difference. The roof top bar was nice and spacious and the breakfast was good, with western and local options. The shower in the bathroom was a bit small but I didn’t mind as the location was excellent. This hotel was recommended to me through a friend and I will certainly recommend it to others.

スタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。古い建物を丁寧に手入れをしながら使っている感じで、ピカピカの最新設備というホテルとは違いますが、十分に快適で清潔です。近くのホアンキアム湖をお散歩するにも、オールドクオーター散策の拠点としても抜群の立地です。ただ、ホテル周辺の道路が狭いだけに歩道を埋め尽くすバイクと車道を好き勝手に走り回るバイクがこの地区の最大の鬼門で、歩いて巡る楽しさを台無しにしてしまっていると思います。

The staff Ryan, Hannah and Henry were great and proactive. Resolved issue fast with finesse. Our stay was made memorable because of this hotel and their staff. Breakfast spread was amazing, too. Thank you and we will return when visit Hanoi again.

Best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. There is no swimming pool but restaurant and breakfast are much higher quality and we didn’t really use the swimming pool facility in the other hotels. the area is really good as well as it’s the old quarter and two min from the lake. Skybar has good selection of drinks including spritz, while the other 4 and 5 star hotels we visited gad quite a poor selection

Hannah was brilliant, as were the other staff members. They went over and above to make sure we had an amazing stay. The food was scrumptious at both restaurants and the room was huge and beautiful - I went to the Shangri-la the next day and thought I was walking into a Premier Inn after staying at the Soleria. I enjoyed the roof top live bands in the evening and it’s a 7min walk to the water puppet theatre with little feet. Tucked away from the hustle of the city, it’s a little sanctuary that’s still in the very heart of the Old Quarter. Would recommend!

An excellent experience from start to finish. All staff were warm, welcoming, and so helpful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was so delicious with many many options. Great location near the lake and close to many attractions in Hanoi. Would love to go back.

The staff were exceptional. Liam and Ryan were awesome looking after our family organising day trips. The staff at Mia's restaurant and and breakfast were some of the best service providers I have come across anywhere in the world. The rooms were nice and great location. The only things that let the hotel down were the fridges were poor, the noise on a Sat night and no pool.

Solaria is a beautiful hotel! The room was immaculate and the bed super comfortable. Very nice shower, toiletries and closet space. The breakfast is delicious! We've been travelijg all over Vietnam and stayed at different properties, but we feel Solaria offered the best breakfast. Good rooftop bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Very walkable area, conveniently located in the middle of several attractions. Coffeeshops, bars, and restaurants everywhere. Most impressive was customer service. Mr. Liam helped us to coordinate transportation and a tour to Halong Bay, offered recommendations, and overall made us feel very welcome at Solaria. We'd absolutely return!

The hotel was in a great location and the team was super helpful and welcoming. The hotel is older as is Hanoi. I would suggest some touch up paint in places, lamp shades could use a clean and the shower needs to drain a little faster to keep up with the great water pressure. Our stay was great and the price very reasonable. The room was comfortable and peaceful to sleep it. I would return and stay again. I can not express how accommodating, helpful and welcoming the team was. The restaurant for dinner was a beautiful experience. The breakfast selection was a great selection, fresh squeezed juice, buffet selection the Marriott could learn from and a la carte menu choice, all part for the all inclusive breakfast.

初めてのハノイ滞在で利用しました。ホアンキエム湖の近くで散歩にも便利。そして何よりスタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。SIMカード購入場所や両替場所も親切に教えてくださったり、Grabの予約も手伝ってくれたりと快適に滞在できました。スパのマッサージもとっても上手でした。 また利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

직원분들이 넘 친절해요. 호안끼엠 호수가 도보로 2~3분 거리고 호텔 뒤쪽?에 마트가 있어서 좋아요.호텔 주변으로 유명한 관광지가 도보로 가능한 거리로 있고 유명 맛집들도 시간이 여유롭다면 도보로 가능한 곳에 위치해 있어서 참 좋아요~ 일주일의 하노이 여행에서 의도치않게 2일씩마다 옮겼는데 솔라리아호텔이 제일 좋았고 아쉬웠어요. 다시 하노이를 간다면 솔라리아에서~~~

The loveliest people
This was a little oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The room was absolutely gorgeous and exactly as described. There were Spa discounts for the amazing treatments offered for hotel guests. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful - they even packed me dinner and a leaving gift when I went off to the next part of my trip the Ha Giang loop. Little touches like this made all the difference! And - they’ve got hands down the best breakfast offering of the three 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in so far this trip.

Good overall hotel with a great location
Nice hotel, in a great location just off a busy street. The staff are extremely friendly and go out their way to help with ideas/ the next leg off your trip. The hotel room we had was a bit old so not the best but bedroom was comfortable. The restaurant below the hotel was our favourite in Hanoi, definitely stay again if back.
