This property comes with no amenties, or even hand soap. The property is rather worn but the main issue is small ants on every surface. There were over 100 tiny ants in the bed. They got in my hair, my computer, my suitcase. Ants everywhere. I had to shift to a different hotel because there was no way to keep the ants out of my computer or bed. Expedia was NOT helpful in resolving this.

Dear Mr Stanley Boots and our beloved customers,First of all, we would like to say thank you for telling us about your stay at Pegasy Apartment WestLake.Secondly, we would like to express some opinions about your feedback: 1. Because of the construction outside ( the government is expanding the road), we offered you a free upgrade to the new apartment in the same area. Iis a higher price and better quality at Pegasy Suites Lakeside. The room was double the size and it had a beautiful city view and lakeview. 2. About the amenities, we did provide the hand soap liquid, There was 1 liquid bottle in the kitchen and 1 more in the toilet. 3. About the ants, when we came we saw that you left the food on the bed so I think that was the reason why there were so many ants and because our apartment has open window and balcony and it was left opened when we checked4. We also tried to contact you to say that we would like to give you another free upgrade to a higher floor . However, we have not got the answer from you.We have the picture to make sure that all the things I mentioned were correct, I hope that you can give us a chance to welcome you back to our apartment and make it better for you than the first time you came hereWe also remain available around the clock for any further questions from other customers about the matter .

Nơi lưu trú tuyệt vời tại Tây Hồ! Nếu bạn đang tìm một căn hộ tiện nghi đầy đủ tại Tây Hồ thì căn hộ Pegasy là một lựa chọn hoàn hảo. Không gian yên tĩnh, thoải mái. Căn hộ cung cấp đầy đủ đồ thiết yếu. Lý tưởng để ở lâu dài. Giá rất tốt👍 Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp!

Căn hộ tiện nghi tuyệt vời!!! Location lý tưởng để nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn. Không gian yên tĩnh. Căn hộ thoáng mát, nhiều ánh sáng. Đi bộ 10 phút ra Hồ Tây. 20 phút đi phố cổ. Rất tiện cho khách công tác thuê lâu ngày.

Everything was great and as advertised in the pictures. Location was on point as well as the excellent customer service. the room was very comfortable.

I had the best time when I stayed here. The room is quite big and very comfortable. It is also near some shops and supermarket which made it easy to live. I highly recommend it

The room was spotless with nice decor, a tv and a nice little balcony. Will definitely be coming back here if we visit Hanoi city again.

Location is quiet but few kilometers from the tourist districts, easily accesed by taxi. Rooms are spacious,well equipped and cosy with pretty design. Real value for the money
