"This was my first stay ever at the radisson, and probably my last - despite travelling often to Stockholm.
I had called the hotel multiple times prior to booking, to do a room merge (combine leisure/biz). Had checked the room types required etc. Pre-booking the price difference was ca. 20 euro. At the hotel I was billed 200 euros, 10x the amount despite being told by Anders this would be «no issue».
So, from having a very positive view on this hotel, I am not very happy how this was handled and the lack of understanding. The indifferent attitude is why my rating ultimately becomes so poor.
The pool area was closed for renovation, the gym is large - but sparse in equipment. Breakfast good.
Rooms OK but very small baths. Be aware u might get a very small bathroom with shower, with a door which cannot be locked / and does not close in sound.
I stay regularly in the city with work and will unfortunately keep my stays elsewhere."
