«We only spent one day here, which was a shame. It seemed very much like a community there, with amazing facilities making it easy for independent living, and great for longer stays, but not ideal for just one night. Late check in and early check out as well. The area was stunning, and the room was amazing!! The staff were very friendly, but not very helpful with tips outside the hotel, as we were not long term guests. But for a longer stay it would be amazing! »

«We stayed 3 nights in this Princeville condo in April; it was clean, very quiet, comfortable bed, kitchenette with all we needed, washer/dryer very handy. Excellent directions in email made accessing the keys and moving in a breeze! Great location within 10 minutes of both Hanalei and Kilauea restaurants and shops, and close to shuttle to Napali coast. Highly recommend!»

«We had never been to Kauai before and just had to roll the dice and get some recommendations from friends and relatives. «My boyfriend and I loved our stay in Hanalei Bay! This spot is exactly as pictured, super clean, and the ideal location within the resort. The front desk warned us that it's a further walk from most other units, but it's only a 5 minute walk from the lobby, is closer to the beach and further from the pool and restaurant noise so ideal in my book! «Firstly I want to say that the resort is close to paradise. «This was our second time staying at The Cliff's complex and we loved it. The condo is modern and has a full kitchen and lots of beach items to borrow. My son especially loved the pool area. Our favorite part is The Cliff's has a family pool and an adults-only pool which means the kids can have fun without disturbing others. We will definitely return!»

«This place is good, and Lori was awesome. Very helpful, mostly quick to respond and proactively cooperative. The view is awesome too, with Pacific ocean looking at you from about a kilometer away or so and with golf course in your front when you sit on a comfy sofa is a pleasure. As regards Lori, I must say she was very nice. We were not able to watch on the smart TV they had, so next day, she got a new TV installed. That shows how good she was. We would certainly recommend and we would also ...
