«Two families visiting Beech together. We had the most wonderful time and found this home to suit our needs perfectly. Close to everything we wanted to do yet quiet enough to provide us with the rest we needed after a long day of activity. The house is well stocked and we were not without any amenity that we needed. Cozy and quaint. The entire group was over the moon about feeding deer right from the deck!»

«Great location that is hidden gem. Very quiet area with abundant wildlife. Recent snow made for some fun critter tracking. The Trapper cabin had all the conveniences we needed.»

«The house had everything needed. We couldn’t figure out the gas logs but it didn’t really matter to us. The weather was freezing (17 degrees feels like -10) and we had snow so the house felt warm and comfortable even with high winds throughout the night. Thankfully there’s a road above to leave the house during the winter weather so we didn’t slide down the driveway. Pet friendly is the reason we booked. Everyone in our family agreed that we would stay again. »

«We had the best little stay at this adorable cabin! We had two families, 4 kids (ages 10-13) and they loved the loft area. The bottom level bed was SO comfy, kitchen fully stocked and plenty of available towels. Easy navigation to Beech Mountain resort for skiing, great iced lattes at First Chair Coffee Shop and yummy family dinners at both Famous Brick Oven Pizza (kids loved the arcade and ice cream) and Bullwinkels (great pasta and sammies!). «This is a sweet little place of joy, exactly as advertised! The property had dozens of whimsical decorations and nooks carved out to sit a spell and rest. Staying on property is an activity in itself, so carve out time during your stay!»

«Host was quick to respond to any questions. My girls loved sledding on the hills and visiting with the animals. the rope loft was also a hit and that's where they slept! The kitchen layout was a little quirky, could use a utensil audit- it had several wine keys/corkscrews but not a can opener, bread knife or whisk/mixer. We had brought heavy whipping cream and had to borrow a blender from the downstairs apartment to make it- So be sure to pack any small kitchen tool that you think would be ...
