«Check-in/Front desk and Valet staff are friendly, professional and efficient.
The room is clean, well appointed (mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker). The only two issues are the bathroom barn (door doesn’t glide well) and the patio door (only opened two inches wide). We did not inform staff as we managed to deal with it for our two night stay (one of which was pouring rain so moot point for the patio door).
Otherwise, stay was good. »

«What a great apartment. Everything was up excellent standards. Many extras like phone charging stations, smart TV with many choices, free wifi, well stocked kitchen, a balcony with a hammock just to name a few. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for letting us stay. »

«This property is in a great location. Don't let the condition of the complex bother you. The unit is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is a plus. «I was in Hilo for a month for work and stayed at Maggie's place. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. Various places to eat or get groceries that are within a 10 min walk or a couple of mins drive. Maggie was an exceptional host, very quick to respond and very kind to me on my arrival after a 25h trip. I absolutely loved my stay and if I am lucky enough to return to Hilo for work then I would ...
