«The room and hotel is exactly what it promises. No frills and quiet (except for the occasional plane flying by). If you are in Hawaii and in Hilo you are probably not staying in your hotel a lot. You will save money on their free coffee which is actually really good and strong. Staff is polite and friendly. There are plenty of places to eat in walking distance. The property is very beautiful and the koi pond is awesome when lit up at night. »

«This property is in a great location. Don't let the condition of the complex bother you. The unit is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is a plus. The informational booklet was very interesting and we actually followed and appreciated some of the suggestions. We would definitely recommend this unit to friends.»

«This was our second time this year staying at this beautiful, warm, welcoming, and quiet home attending Hilo events, as we live in Kona. We returned because we love it so much and it accommodates my family and elderly mother. Love the AC in each room and lots of seating in the living, dining rooms and on the balcony. The host is super responsive and accommodating. Hope to return again soon!»
