«I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person! «First time staying here for the Malvern Show. I was given the top floor self catering flat and it was so comfortable. Just like a home from home. Even though it was self catering, I had bread, butter, milk, jam/marmalade/honey and orange juice in the fridge which was complimentary. Food in the pub in the evenings was lovely, tasty and hot.

«We were staying for one night, after a long day sorting out a family bereavement. We were met with a warm welcome, a lovely steak and a much needed bottle of wine. Staff and owners were really friendly. Accommodation met our expectations, in-line with what we were paying which was super good value. We were very happy with our choice.»
