Perfect Family Vacation Spot For All Seasons - on Long Lake - Hale, MI

Once you enter this beautiful newer well-constructed gorgeous home, built in 2018, with its commanding view of Long Lake you will immediately fall in love with everything this home has to offer! The view of Long Lake is unobstructed from most of the house and the fact that it sits high enough to provide privacy is a huge bonus! It has an open concept in the kitchen, living room and dining area with a vaulted ceiling. Beautiful floors throughout the house. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths that provide plenty of space for the entire family and your friends. It has 100' of sandy frontage with a seawall that's perfect for swimming and comes with a dock. The professionally landscaped back yard with multi-level stairs down to the lake is gorgeous. There is a three-car finished garage that is heated and has beautiful custom birch cabinets for plenty of storage. The home has central air, natural gas forced air furnace.
This home has it all! LAKE, ORV trails, a stunning home.
The two patios have a patio table and gas grill, allowing you to enjoy nice summer evenings with family and friends Additionally, the house has air conditioning, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee grinder, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, blender, and includes sheets and bath towels.
Our home is located approximately 30 minutes from Tawas/Lake Huron (beaches and parks) and is less than 3 hours from Detroit. Free WiFi included.
Brand New 2021 model Pontoon boat (10 person, 60 hp) available to rent ( $600/4 days, $750/5 days, $900/6, $1,000/week).

Beautiful House

This house was top notch! The owner was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. I have stayed at a lot of rentals and this was one of the cleanest. I’m very picky about finding a clean place to stay so I carefully read the reviews before deciding on a place. It’s hard to tell from just looking at the pictures so I go by other reviews. This place did not disappoint!! It is very well taken care of and clean. It had everything we needed. We had 8 adults and 3 children and everyone was able to have their own space. We were also able to rent the pontoon and take that out pretty much every day. We took the pontoon to Long Lake Bar and docked the pontoon while we went in for snacks/drinks and fill up with gas. We all hated to leave. I would not hesitate to book again! Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Fishing getaway!!

Property is top notch and the view of sunsets is beautiful. Great dock set up for our fishing boats and has all the amenities you need. Inside the house is like showroom clean with plenty of cooking pots and pans. First class rental.

Family time

The house and property are lovely. The house is very clean and has everything that you could need, including dishes, cookware, linens, appliances and a washer and dryer. And more! My family and I were very comfortable there and had a great week together. The host is very kind and is generous with his time in showing and explaining things to us about the house and boat. We spent a week in this vacation home last year and hope to come back next year.

Awesome lake house getaway.

Stayed at the Summit with 2 of my brothers. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Very clean beautifully decorated. Exterior was as gorgeous as inside. Beautiful lakeside sunsets. Family already talikng of coming back.

Exceptional Location & Comfort!

Our group was hunting in the area and we found plenty of space to sleep, visit, cook and just generally “hang out”. Wonderful views and everything you could hope for in the kitchen. Super clean and comfortable. We are already talking about our next visit!

November in Hale

For starters, I received a message from the owner the day before our stay, which included check-in directions. It was all flawless, as he provided the combination to the door lock. On arrival, we were struck by the beauty of the lake and the cleanliness of the home. Our group included three couples, and the house was the perfect layout - a bedroom and bathroom on each floor, so we all had our own space. Iulian left a notebook for the guests, which included information on the house itself and nearby points of interest. It was a great guide for us and we checked out a few things in the area (Iargo Springs, Lumberman’s Monument). Also drove into Oscoda a couple times for shopping and checked out the lakeshore. I appreciated that Iulian included his family’s story - that’s pretty personal, but it was nice sort of getting to know our hosts. We cooked every meal, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. I would love to stay here again in the summer to be able to enjoy the lake. Thanks Iulian - we had a wonderful stay!

Amazing property 'resort-like'

Thank you for sharing your space with us. The house was very welcoming and comfortable. Every bed was comfortable. Kids loved jumping off the dock and fishing off of it! Everything in the home seemed brand new, worked well, and was fully equipped. Very clean!! Loved not having to bring your own TP, dish soap etc! Owners were easy to get in touch with. Want to come again next year!

Stunning

Absolutely stunning property. Lake was fabulous - we chose to rent the pontoon and so happy we did. Nice neighbors. Owner very nice and quick to respond to texts. We enjoyed biking near by and the air museum. Hands down best place to rent and hope to make it back.

Family, Fun, & Fishing

Our family enjoyed a great week at the Summit on Long Lake! We spent time on the pontoon boat, fished the lake, and cruised around every sunset! The house is perfectly stocked with everything you’ll need to comfortably cook and grill. We had beautiful dinners with lake views and gorgeous sunsets!! The house is gorgeous, clean, smells great, and very comfortably hosts at least 10 people. Bonfires, fishing and fun is the best way to describe our time at the Summit on Long Lake.

Great Stay On Long Lake

Two families enjoyed this beautiful lakefront property! It was fully stocked and a gorgeous view of the lake and sunsets. We stayed over 4th of July and had a great front row seat for fireworks. The pontoon boat was great and the lake is a great all sports lake. Would definitely stay again!
