«This condo is a great spot for a small family to enjoy Sea Pines. The property is spacious and has plenty of living space in addition to good sized rooms. Kitchen and dining area are well stocked with large windows overlooking the pool area. It is nice to be on the top floor of the building from a noise perspective. In our opinion, the extra flight of stairs is well worth the payoff of high ceilings and absence of neighbors above.»

«We had a wonderful 3-day stay at the condo located in the Sea Pines Resort area in Harbour Town, SC! Condo was very nice for 2 people and the location was more than we could expect-within walking distance to the lighthouse and MANY fabulous places to eat and meet new people! Communication with the owner was very easy. Would highly recommend! Oh, and it has an elevator which made it easy for someone with mobility issues! «Loved 3 Belted Kingfisher! The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor space was awesome. Love that it was only short walking distance to beach. We had a great time! Two small things that did happen - we had a leak that occurred the first day in the master bathroom. Manager was on it and worked to address with plumber. Second thing - both ovens weren't working. «This is a great vacation home. Plenty of space for the family, including our dog. The house is very nice. The dimmable lighting was a great feature as we brought my mother and was able to leave lights on for her without bright lighting. The pool and hot tub was amazing. «We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, furnishings were in great shape, tiled shower was wonderful, and everything we needed was included. The full washer and dryer/walk-in closet combination is most convenient. Location is right off the bike path, allows for biking, walks to Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center, and is a short drive (1.1 mile) to the Beach Club. We would have stayed another week except for a family commitment.»

«On arrival we noticed a large patch in the screen door. The next mishap was a large puddle of water on the counter and floor from the ice maker. Okay. Ugly patch in screen door and no ice maker. Rest of this home was decorated beautifully and was very clean. Now comes property management staff. Can’t praise them enough!! Particularly Chrissy who answered my texts at all hours. This group is the best. Anything you request, they are on it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!»

«This house was perfect for young families. Our children and there families stayed in the 3 ground level bedrooms and my wife and I on the upper level where the kitchen, family room and dining room were located. The view from the second level deck was excellent. The heated pool was great for the grandchildren, many hours were spent at the pool and on the beach.»
