«Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, great buffet (consisting of Chinese favourites like dim sum, congee, yangtao and rice noodles. Also Western favourites like coffee, croissants, bacon, sausages and waffles. Rooms had bar fridges and Toto toilets with bidet. Complimentary water was provided. Also rooms had a USB charger and outlets compatible with North American plug. «Thank you for a wonderful experience staying at One Gem Hotel. The service has been excellent from the moment the driver collected us from the airport and even delivered us to our room. It was a lovely surprise when you upgraded our room for our anniversary - the special gestures from the written letter was so warming. The bed was extremely comfortable that my newly fiance did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning to One Gem Hotel when we visit Haikou next time.»

«The hotel room with king size bed was small but very clean and new. The staff were very helpful and assisted us in contacting PRC authorities when we could not reach them because we did not have a PRC phone number. They went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and even helped us to find a room when they were very packed knowing we had to wait for some official documents. Kudos especially to Ms Carina Chen who really made our day. »

«First impression is very important. The service People working in the reseption at arrival was not "on net". And they made my hours and the stay on this hotel very bad. The location and the distance from the hotel is also too fare. I will never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast and dinner at the chinese reataurant was very good. But not enough because of my experience With the reception this evening.»
