«We came to town for a funeral and we expected to just have a place to stay, but it was SO much more. What a gem! The hosts were amazing, leaving us cookies and cake pops and even leaving a sympathy card, such a kind gesture. The place was perfect for my husband and I, great bed and all the comforts of home. When we needed a quiet space to feel at home during a difficult time, this charming pool house was the perfect place! We hope to return soon! Thank you Ted and family!»

«Great location…Great transaction.. Great back deck area with a charcoal grill. All around good place to stay with family or friends»

«What a perfect place for a quick family get together. Home is very clean, perfectly appointed with absolutely everything we needed. Host Alan very quick to answer questions and accommodating. The to closet was great for a two year old and two six year olds!»

«The stovetop was not accurate to the temperatures represented. And the oven was old and cook slow. The microwave did not work, but they did order us one countertop. The door to the patio did not close and mosquitoes and bugs and cats could get in. some of the furniture in the area was torn and needed upholstery why youclean, but there were not a lot of extras. No hangers the patio was a little dusty and dirty. There was a lot of stray cats around the area.»

«House was exactly as described and host was very communicative. Would recommend.»

«Our family had a wonderful time. The home is in a small community where the neighbors are friendly. Everything you need is no more than 15-20 minutes away. We will definitely look into this property on our next trip to Valdosta.»

«House was clean and comfortable. Nice neighborhood but someone was shooting off fireworks at 2am. Front and backyard were not mowed so we didn’t let dogs roam back there.»

«Apartment was in a safe neighborhood, stores for supplies close, not far from Wild Adventures. I loved the big kitchen with dinnette for breakfast in the same room and the main dining room for bigger meals. AC was cold and the neighbors across the street are super friendly and were helpful to tell us of fun places in their town. Great short trip»

«The home was definitely as listed. Clean, spacious great location and very quite area. Rachel was a superb host and replied to my message(s) in a very efficient and timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property.»

«Host was super responsive and had amazing communication skills! Laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and q tips were all provided! Beds were super comfortable! My children enjoyed playing the games that were provided. Thanks for a great stay»

«Well, you get what you pay for. The rates were very reasonable, and there was plenty of space. However, we found that dishes that were dirty were put away as clean. Found them in the cupboard dirty and we washed them ourselves...no dishwasher. No amenities. We're not complainers and didn't reach out to Orlando, as I believe "it is what it is." Orlando seemed like a nice guy, however, I don't recommend this place.»

«We enjoyed our stay and our dogs loved the backyard. It was enough room for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. Great location near VSU and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Will stay again.»

«The fence had a lot of openings where my dog could slip out. The house had a lot of things that needed attention.»

«I DIDN'T STAY WITH YOU, AND IT'S UNLIKELY THAT I EVER WILL AGAIN.»

«Everything was great.»

«The host was great, the house was clean and stocked, it was a great experience overall »
