"The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. There is an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool at the annex with a view. And the hotel restaurant in the hotel tower is some of the best food we’ve eaten during our 4 weeks in Japan. Would love to stay here again. The only down side is there is no kids pool area so the pool area is quite crowded with kids and loud for those without kids. "

From the warm, attentive staff to the elegant design and pristine facilities, everything was handled with care and precision. We stayed in the Sunset Wing for our honeymoon, and the ocean view, peaceful atmosphere, and thoughtful touches made it truly special. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed with smart storage and a private balcony. Dining was a highlight – especially the 10-course meal at Shiroux, where service paused so we could watch the sunset. Breakfast at House Without a Key offered an amazing selection of top-quality dishes and fresh juices. We loved the adults-only infinity pool and the luxurious spa with onsen and deep tissue massage – one of the best we’ve had. Every detail was flawless. We’re already planning to return for our anniversary."
