«This is our 1st visit to this hotel. The room was slightly small for a King, nothing was loaded on the tv for viewing any shows. We had to put our own membership online to view. The restaurant was adequate but with the amount of people trying to get fed the wait was over an hour, hotel should up the staff on weekends. The casino was not very inviting with only 2 tables to play blackjack for $15 a hand.I will check out other hotels and see if this is the norm. »

«Room was not very clean. We reserved our room Jan 5 2026
When we got there March 13 2026 we had no room.
They found us one. But the air didn't work and we couldn't be moved as they were all booked
They suggested we come down early on the morning and get our new room assignmemt but we had and excursion early and wouldn't be back till after 5
When we got back the new room key was shoved at us she said the old key will would for 15 min get your stuff out. Wecfelt like everyone was acting like it ...
