«The hotel didn’t have our room ready when we arrived around 5 and were unsure when it would be ready. They said we could use the pool while waiting, but our swimsuits were packed in our luggage. They offered to down grade our room from a platinum to a regular room no refund. The front desk attendant was absolutely amazing but she was one of the best parts of the trip. The manager finally comped us dinner and refunded the difference in rooms. The pools liner is bubbling up and it’s noticeable. ...

«This is a hotel you book if your only goal is the casino. We had to wait 2 and half hours after check-in for our room to be ready. We were offered no apologies, no pool band, not even a bottle of water while we waited. We had 2 towels in the room and on day 3 had to go down to get clean ones. We spent as little time as possible there. This is not a place I will go back to nor will I ever recommend it to anyone else.»
