«This was honestly one of the most STRESSFUL & DISORGANIZED resort experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at TradeWinds RumFish to check-in & the line was so long it extended outside into the heat, & I stood there carrying my 3 yr old toddler for about 1.5 hours, only to finally be told my room still wasn’t ready. Staff told me I'd have to wait in line all over again b/c they couldn’t assign a room yet due to being overbooked. Security told me I couldn’t temporarily leave my car near the lobby b/c ...

«This was a beautiful apartment complex , quiet and clean. The only disappointing part was that I stayed here on the weekend. I specifically stayed here for the pool and I was told at check in the pool was closed for the weekend. This was not posted or made aware of before or after booking. I had to purchase a day pass at another location. Could not connect to the wI-fi and my TV did not work properly so I couldn’t even watch tv either.
