Welcome to Shore Nuff! Shore Nuff is an adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach cottage equipped to sleep 6 in the PRIME location of Gulf Shores. Shore Nuff features beautiful updates throughout the home, both Gulf and Lagoon Views, a huge spacious front porch and it's very own heated/cooling private pool! Shore Nuff is perfect for your next relaxing getaway as it is in the middle of Gulf Shores near all of the area's attractions, but it is tucked away so that it is private, and guests may enjoy quiet relaxation.

Four (4) vehicles max allowed at property; no parking passes needed.

Shore Nuff is an adorable 2nd tier beach cottage with its own private pool which has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is equipped to sleep 6. Shore Nuff is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Shore Nuff is located right across the street from the Gulf and has beach access only .2 miles away! Whether you prefer relaxing on the front porch taking in the Gulf Views or lounging by the pool while taking in the Lagoon Views, Shore Nuff is the place for you!

One of our favorite features of Shore Nuff is that Shore Nuff has its own private pool which can be heated or cooled for an additional fee for year-round enjoyment! Make sure to bring your favorite barbecue recipes so you can grill poolside on your private built-in charcoal grill! Guests will have the best of both worlds as they can lounge by the quiet pool or take a short walk to the beach to get a little sandy!

Shore Nuff has large picture-perfect windows throughout the living and dining area where guests can take in the views and let the sunlight in! Shore Nuff is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare a savory meal. Guests may enjoy a meal together at the dining area to seat 4 with additional bar seating for 2. The living area has a 42" LCD TV with Tivo and DVD available so it is the perfect place to spread out and watch a movie after a long day in the sun!

In the master bedroom, guests will find a queen size bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV with built-in DVD and an attached bath. In bedroom #2, guests will find a queen size bed to sleep 2, an LCD TV with build-in DVD and an attached bath. Guests will find a sleeper sofa in the living area that will sleep 2.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 4 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

First Timers in Gulf Shores
This property was perfect for us. Very well decorated and very clean. Loved the pool, paid to heat it because of the season we were there which was perfect. Lots of great restaurants to frequent in the area as well. Would for sure stay again.

Intro to beach for grandson!
We so enjoyed our stay at Shore Nuff! Location was good and the house was wonderful! Perfect size for our group. Decor was really cute and the house was clean. Water pressure in showers was perfect and shower head was high enogh for my tall husband. Pool was very nice to come back to after the heat of the beach got too much. Small hiccup with code and pool but Hope was absolutely wonderful and immediately took care of the issues! We had a whale of a good time!!

Great spot; easy walk to the beach
My wife and I rented this house for a week with our 3yo daughter. Property was clean and size was perfect for a small family. Beach was a 5 minute walk; easy to manage with a little one. The pool was a good size for our daughter to safely jump and splash on afternoons where we didn’t want to pack her up for the beach.

Nice place and location
Nice property overall. We squeezed in 6 of us (4 kids). Easy check in and check out process, clean, great location. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool is a perk. I’d recommend a few more pillows for larger parties that need to utilize the pull out sofa. Nice place, has everything you need and we would stay here again.

Great House BUT Be Aware.....
We loved the house and the proximity to the beach, and the pool was perfect for me, my husband, and our two teen daughters to cool off and enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and the house was sweetly decorated. However, the cleanliness was lacking when we arrived. We arrived 2 hours after check-in and found a dirty toilet, bathroom sink, tub and sand covering the top of the dryer. The microwave had food splattered in the inside as well, and someone's swim suit was left on the balcony. It truly felt like someone came in and hurriedly swept the floor, wiped the kitchen counters and changed the towels and sheets only. After a 10 hour drive and with a hungry family, I took more time and cleaned the areas needing cleaning myself, so that we could get on with our vacation. I did take pictures to send in to the property management company. Before I was done cleaning up, an inspector arrived around 6:30. I had no idea someone would be coming to inspect the property or I would have left everything as we found it. She asked that I send her the pictures and she would speak to her manager, which I happily did. She apologized and asked if anything else was needed and I replied no...thinking she meant towels, etc. We were then told (A WEEK LATER), after I had to inquire about the pictures being received, that we denied her access to correct the situation. This is ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE. She did not ask to enter and correct anything. Believe me- I would never have cleaned a stranger's pubic hair from a toilet and toothpaste spatters from a faucet and mirror if I would have known someone would be by that late after check-in to 'correct the situation'. We have been to Gulf Shores several times and have never had this happen at a rental property. We didn't make a huge deal of it, we filed a complaint as we were asked to, and didn't expect more than a formal apology. But after being lied to, I believe they were just trying to get out of accepting any blame and god-forbid having to refund a small amount of the cleaning fee. We will never stay at a property run by this management team again. And after spending $3500 to stay at this property- I would have expected clean toilets at the very least.....

Would book again
My friend and I bring our kids to the beach every summer, this year we chose Gulf Shores. The pool was a big selling feature for us and it worked out GREAT! The beach access was not far and the beach wasn’t overly crowded. The condo matched the pics and the kitchen had everything we needed being we cooked our meals during the stay. The first morning the door lock alarm starting going off, we called and the problem was resolved. While on the phone, we mentioned a clogged drain in one of the bathrooms and someone showed up within a couple of hours to fix it. When we arrived the smell of cleanliness hit you in the face when the door opened, which was welcome but I must say my kids white socks were black very quickly. My thought is the living room rug may be the culprit, it shed quite a bit and doesn’t appear easy to clean, may need to be replaced. Just wanted to pass along since it was apparent the cleaning staff took pride in their work. We would definitely pick this location again.

Great location, nice place
Overall, this was a great place. The door lock was quite frustrating. The door was always secured but every morning around 7:00am, the alarm would go off. This often happened periodically in the evenings. I would suggest looking at the door and lock - this got frustrating quickly.
