This is The Beach Club - Avalon 401,a luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath, Gulf Front Condominium, on the 4th floor of the Avalon tower! This property offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and an endless sugar sand beach. Please view the map locator to learn that it's located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula which is a narrow strip of land jutting out into the Gulf of Mexico with Mobile Bay to the North. Don't be surprised to see dolphins, a pristine natural beach, and Blue Angel fly overs!

Three guest rooms are located just past the entry door along a hallway that leads to the kitchen, dining and living area. Be prepared for the breathtaking view once you enter the living area! The furnished balcony offers view of the Gulf and 25 miles of coastline.

The master bedroom is very spacious, furnished with 2 large chairs and a master bed, and adjoins the balcony. There are two large windows with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico to the South and The Beach Club pools and grounds and the coastline all the way to the tip of the peninsula to the West! The master bedroom privately adjoins a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in closet, a large tub, a walk-in shower, and enclosed water closet.

The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. A set of white linen is supplied for the sofa sleeper, also. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.

The bedding arrangement is: King master bedroom and 3 King guest bedrooms. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. The large master bedroom adjoins the balcony with a direct Gulf View and has a walk-in closet. Two King guest bedrooms adjoins a balcony with a view of the coastline & Mobile Bay. The sofa sleeper will accommodate 2 people.

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES: Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills . You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used and size of the condo, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.
