«Close to everything, restaurants, Pier Park and a short walk to the beach. The studio room with a King bed was spacious and clean and had a deck with the view of the ocean, the sunset and the pier. Other amenities we had included 2 pools, a hot tub and a tiki bar. We would definitely stay there again!»

«Staying at the flamingo is great. One issue we had reserved a certain room and area and paid for it back in May. When we arrived for our stay they had given our room away because it was bikenweek and they couldn’t save our room. But we paid for it. My issue is to have better training to your new employees who make promises they can’t keep. Everything else’s is great the oools the bar.»

«After what felt like Olympic-level research, we booked Summit Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways in Panama City Beach for our honeymoon—7 nights after a 12-hour drive from North Texas.
Check-in? No front desk—just a manager guy(?) handing us paperwork we’d already done and pointing toward the elevators. Outside, a giant “Free Margaritas” sign… attached to a strip club. Inside, scaffolding blocked the “view,” and the photos online felt like a different property entirely. We even had to sign a ...

«Most hotels on the beach are the same. But this one I saw no bugs which was a plus. The only thing I was not too happy about was the customer service. They need to acknowledge customers more when at the desk waiting. I asked for 10 clean towels and it was surprising to them of my request, with their eyes opening bigger, and I had about 7 guests total so yes more towels are needed. The customer service can be more better honestly.»

«We had a nice and clean studio apt located at the 4th floor. Easy access to the pool and gym which is also located at the 4th floor. The kitchen was well equipped! Close to the beach, just across the street. We paid a $100 cleaning fee, but they don't clean your room during your stay. For some people this might not be a big deal, but for me, daily housekeeping and fresh towels is a part of the vacation experience. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially security and maintenance ...
