«Outstanding, this is such a gem of a hotel. I will 100% be staying here on my next trip to Victoria, The food was amazing, the decor outstanding and I never wanted to leave my room it was so fabulous - you can tell so much thought and care was put into every design decision. The sheets were the softest I'd ever slept on. It was the coziest most fabulous place I'd ever stayed, 10/10 for everything!»

«Lovely old house. Clean, quiet, room. Glad I chose one with an ensuite bathroom as it meant I was on the top floor. Perfect location. Walk to inner harbor and downtown shops or to Dallas road for ocean views and lovely fresh air. Nice, safe, neighborhood. Friendly, helpful, staff. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit and home baking, but more healthy options would be nice. I had a lovely stay and will return.»

«Beautiful rural location, quiet, peaceful, and private. Hot tub was clean warm and secluded wonderful view of wild deer roaming property as you soak in hot tub. Easy access to downtown Victoria and all the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would not hesitate to book this wonderful BnB again. Thank you to Karl and Mandy for providing such a great BnB.»
