«The property is in a great location with only a small parking lot between the hotel and waterfront. Our room had a view of the waterfront. There is a small grocery store directly across from the hotel. There are also lots of small shops including a dollar store just down the street and a few different choices for food within walking distance. It was a great place to go for a walk and enjoy the view. Breakfast was included and provided in a small room in the hotel. It was clean with the usual ...

«Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!»

«The windows in our room were so dirty that it was hard to see the view. The rug was thread bear and had a hole that had been poorly repaired with the rug pad showing through . The gardens may have been lovely in years gone by but clearly aren’t getting any attention now. For almost $400 Canadian/ night I would expect more attention to detail and care for this beautiful old home. I won’t return»
