Bring your boat and tie up behind the house, where you`ll be less than 5 minutes to the inter coastal waterway, and less than 20 minutes to the Gulf. Boat trailer parking is available. The neighborhood boat ramp is 1 mile away, and 2 marinas with fuel are within a 5 min boat ride. Power and water are available at the dock, and there’s even a lower dock landing for the kayaker or paddle boarder. If you decide not to trailer your boat, rent one! Pensacola Pontoons will deliver a boat right to your dock.

Please note the following requirements to complete your reservation:
Government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Guests must review and sign the single-page Rental Agreement at check-in. This document outlines the house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, and helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for both parties.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Check-in time: Typically Between 3:00 and 5:00pm.
Check-out time: 10:00am. These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. All guests and belongings must be out of the unit as housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for the next guests. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months.
Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
CANCELLATIONS POLICIES
Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable.
Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. In case of any unforeseen events, this insurance helps protect your vacation investment.
Your cell phone number should be made available at the time of booking.
All check-in information will be texted with the number provided on the day of arrival.

Renters must be 25+years of age.
No Smoking/Vaping (this includes all outdoor areas and patio)
No Events or Parties
Pets are allowed but MUST BE DISCLOSED to property manager at time of booking. 20 lb weight limit.
Any unauthorized pet on the property is in clear violation and there will be, without exception, a $200 charge.
A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
