Just what we wanted

Nice vacation with the wife. Beautiful view of the beach from balcony day or night. Just steps from the beach. Very clean and nice condo. It felt like home and wife was very comfortable in it. Beach was very peaceful busy but not crazy plenty of room to find your spot. We are already planning to return next year

The condo and property were absolutely perfect for my husband and me. The condo was beautiful and spotless! The grounds were manicured so beautifully and the view of the ocean and the dunes was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again!!

Loved balcony and steps away from pool and beach.Nice to stay away from high rise buildings and congestion of downtown Pensacola Beach but just 10 minutes from restaurants.The layout of the condo and appliances were great. The furniture and decor need to be updated.

A Great Condo in a Great Location

We come to Pensacola Beach fairly often because we have family in the area. We’ve rented condos in several different complexes, and Regency Towers has become our favorite. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this unit, and will absolutely rent it again. We’re a retired couple and only need one bedroom. 1br condos are hard to find, and this one is a large 1br with plenty of living space. It’s clean, well furnished and provisioned, and well maintained. RT is away from the central commercial area of the beach. It feels uncrowded and residential, but just a 5-minute drive to shops and restaurants when we want that. Highly recommend this condo.

Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and updated. It felt very spacious. The balcony is a great size. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes you'd need. The location is nice, it's far enough down that it's not right in the middle or the hustle of town but a close and easy drive to the boardwalk, restaurants etc. (If you are like us an do a grocery pickup on your way to the condo, use the Wal Mart MARKET for your pickup, not the Super Walmart which is much farther and out of the way.) Note that the one and only bathroom is located in the master bathroom. That was not a problem for us because it was just us & our young kids. I could see that not being ideal for a family with teens or two couples trying to split a condo. We did have one situation that made us a little upset...one day we were coming in from the beach because storms were rolling in, it started to rain just as we were on the walkway from the beach by the pool...so we were making a run for it, all laughing and having a good time...when we got to the door that goes into the complex, my kids (& myself) were all laughing but not being overly loud in my opinion, but a janitor or maintenance man said to my husband "We can't have that here" My husband asked him "Have what?" The guy said "Kids being unruly and loud. This is not that kind of place." So, in my opinion if this is not a family friendly complex, that needs to be made known upfront. Otherwise, everything was just fine, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing location

This was our first time to stay in the Santa Rosa area of Pensacola beach. We were very pleasantly surprised at the surroundings, mostly houses, no big high rises or traffic. condo was a roomy 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the second floor. Great view and very comfortable. Adequate kitchen and nice big dining table. Spacious balcony, nice pool. We will be back.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful and relaxing, condo was ok! Bathroom was a little small? but nice! Our biggest complaint is the 9am checkout, your not allowed to check-in until 4, but you have to checkout by 9am, which is much earlier than most vrbo's, hotels or air b & b!

Nice but noisy!

Spring break 2023

Had an awesome time at this property. Everything went smoothly with checking in and condo was in great shape and clean as expected. Had a great view from the balcony and loved the property grounds and how easy it was to get to the beach. Loved the location with how close it was to restaurants but still far enough away from all the traffic. The only downfall of the condo was the construction being done with the noise and equipment everywhere but still a wonderful time we would definitely stay again.

Florida in September

This was a beautiful condo in a very quiet neighborhood. It was away from all of the commercial developments which made the beach very peaceful. The unit itself was perfect for my husband and me to enjoy our time at the beach. Having some items available would have been preferred (general spices in the kitchen and even basic beach chairs for at the beach) however, it didn't deter us from having a good time. Even though we had to deal with jellyfish and high winds from Hurricane Ian, we still enjoyed it.
