«The hotel is charming, clean, fabulous location and I loved that looked out to the water. However, our TV didn't work and when I asked the staff if I was doing something wrong, her answer was "some of our TVs don't work" and just shrugged. Not a big deal, but still it was odd and not great customer service because there wasn't even an apology. Also, we stayed 2 nights and although I don't need room service to make beds, they only left enough coffee for one morning and there was only one packet ...

«The people were all great!! The only negative is the bathroom vanity is small but can be made to work. We stay in many hotels and this was a great find!!»

«the room was clean but dated as was the entire property, the poor cleaning girl had to call the owner to check in people ( she was not computer savvy ) we felt bad for her she really did her best - the is NO A/C in the rooms just a big old fan thankfully we had a big window that we could leave open ( we were on the 2nd floor, window facing the street ) otherwise I would not feel comfortable leaving it open in the area ... but it was 90 degrees in Anacortes that day ... no early check in at all, ...

«Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. I didn’t love that no one was available from 9pm - 9am. Felt more like an Airbnb with hands off hosts but was pricier than that. I was a vendor at the Art Festival and booked months in advance.»
