«

«During my stay, I took a short trip back to Hong Kong expecting to return and pick up my luggage that I had left in my room. Unfortunately I was unable to return. I contacted the staff and the management went in, packed up my luggage, including my laptop and had it ready for the courier to pick up and deliver to me in Hong Kong.
Without their help, I do not know what I would have done. Communication was exemplary. They had everything packed up and then sent me photos of my luggage to confirm. I ...

«We had a lovely stay, made even better by the wonderful service from 小源 and her teammate 阿辉!
A special thank you to 小源, who helped us check in and arranged a nice unit with a beautiful view of Canton Tower. She was incredibly sweet, attentive and efficient. She also kindly helped me arrange a parcel return and responded promptly to all my WeChat messages, getting everything sorted out on the very same day. Her willingness to go the extra mile was truly appreciated!
A big thank you to 阿辉 as ...
