«The pool and hot tub were both broken. They gave us free breakfast to compensate. The carpet on the 4th floor seemed to be overlaid on previous carpet. It was difficult for the wheelchair to move over it. The bed height was not easily accessible in the handicapped room.»

«Sure og likegyldige ansatte i resepsjonen. Vallet parking gutta var veldig hyggelige og effektive. Mange sutrer over at de må betale for parkering. Man kan også parkere i gata, men man må betale også der, og kan ikke stå over natta. Så betal for vallet. Frokosten var veldig dårlig. Ihjelkokt eggerøre og overstekt bacon. Ellers ikke noe å skryte av. Men den var inkludert i det minste. Vi hadde et rom der vi ble vekket flere ganger i løpet av natta av en vifte/ac som slo seg på. Også veldig lytt ...

«The Inn was in a good location near St. Augustine downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was free and right outside. Our complaints were the noise of the boat power washing that went on until 10pm the first night and the fire alarm that went off at 1am on the 3rd night. Our room unfortunately was full of pet dander and I had an allergic reaction to it so we left after a 4-night stay with my face and eyes red and swollen. Please do a better job of advertising that ALL the rooms are ...
