It should be a crime to photoshop your pictures you have listed for the rooms. They are run down and dirty. Vents are full of dirt and dust, maybe mold too. I think there was a blood stain on the floor. You should not stay here. I’m glad we didn’t stay a long time. The only clean thing in the hotel was the bed.

You can smell the drainage (sink, bathtub and floor) in the bathroom from the bed. Always had to cover drainage with trash can and other things I can find

Tub drain was clogged and rug was stained. We also had to ask for blankets on the bed. It was the more affordable place thiuggh so I guess it all makes sense.

とても落ち着いて過ごす事ができました。 家族4人で、少し広めのお部屋を予約したのでゆったりと過ごせました。 口コミで読んだ、シャワーのお湯が出ないということもなかったです。ただ、2日目からフェイスタオルが補充されていなくてフロントに頼んで持ってきてもらいました。3日目はもう在庫がないと言われ、少し困りました。 タモン中心部から少し離れていますが、DFSまで歩けない距離ではないですし、少し歩いたところにABC Storeもあったので不便は感じませんでした。 ホテルの裏のビーチもとても綺麗で、人も少なく、のんびりシュノーケリングができました。ライフガードの方もおられました。 ホテル自体は全体的に古さは感じますが、日中は外に遊びに出ているのでそこまで気にならず過ごすことができました。赤いトロリーバスもホテル前に停留所がありすので便利でしたよ。

ワインオープナーが無かったので困っていたら、自分が持っているからと言って私物でワインを開けていただいたり、フロントの方が色々と親切にしてくださいました。 家族で滞在したので、ベッドが4つ独立していて良かった。皆さんおっしゃるようにシャワーの水圧は弱いですが、十分でした。トイレの水圧も弱めで、少し長押ししないと全部流れなかった。あと、レンタカーを借りるにも近くにあったから良かった。工事中?だったが満足できる範囲でした。

シャワーの水圧が弱い。ほぼお湯が出ない。電気の場所が少なく、夜は暗め。 あとは、基本的に綺麗ですし、スタッフさんも優しくリーズナブルでよかったです。

過去にみなさんが言ってこととおなじです。 改善されてなくて残念ですが、この物価高で値段はリーズナブル、これだけは良いところ。 ●お湯がぬるすぎて寒い ●枕が臭い ●バスタブが汚い ●トイレの流れが悪い ●お部屋の掃除が洗面所にまとめてドサっとタオルを置いていくだけ(せめて定位置においてくれたら気持ちが良い) それでも、シャトルバスが通常通りに戻っていればここの前にはバス停があるので便利だったんですが、1時間に一本では不便しかないです。 もっとみんなでグアムに行けばバスの本数も増えて、便利でリーズナブルなホテルに戻ると思います。 日本人、お湯大事ですね。

Great location, clean but older hotel. I enjoyed the hotels accessible shuttle across the street and great restaurants walking distance. Theres a cute church near by and a police access point. Very safe.

とりあえず他の口コミの通りですが、浴室がダメですね。お湯は出ましたが、シャワーヘッドが悪すぎてまともにシャワーを浴びれませんでした。 あと、施設は古いです。絨毯とかもかなり劣化しています。ただ、掃除自体はしっかりやっている印象ですね。なので、スタッフはいいかと思います。 そして4泊しましたが、夜にいきなり停電しました。そしてアラートが鳴り響くという事が一晩ありました。待っていたら直ったのでそのまま寝ましたが、ホテル側からの説明や謝罪はありませんでした。 建物の造り自体は昔ながらでしっかりしているので、リニューアルとリブランディングをしたらまた流行るのではないでしょうか?

들어간 순간 카펫에 핏자국ㅜㅜ 여러군데 있었구요 이불이ㅜㅜ 얄디얇은 천이여서 너무 추워 잠을 못잤습니다 거짓말 안하고 십분잤어요 차에 놔뒀던 패딩 가져와서 아이덮어 줬습니다 하루 자는거라 데스크에 말하진 않았어요 홀리데이 두번째인데 이번엔ㅜㅜ 이것빼면 나름 가격대비 좋은 호텔이라고 생각해요

The facilities were not bad and the room was actually better than I expected. I thought it was very far from Tumon beach and the main area, but it was in a walking distance. The things that we were not happy about were the toilet and the wifi. The toilet didn't flush unless you hold the lever for about 20 seconds(but sometimes it did not flush at all). The wifi speed was so slow that it was impissible to do websurfing or google things.

Booked this place for work; it was well over my limit so work complained, but I very few supposedly good options at the time I booked. This place was almost $200/night but I didn't feel it was worth it. The whole place is old-looking and needs a major facelift. There are many hotels in Guam that charge less and are up to date in accommodations and services. The room I had had dated furniture and lamp/light fixtures. My pillows smelled and all I had was a very thin sheet to cover me at night. I had to turn off the AC because I woke up shivering the first night. The carpet needs to be replaced in the room and the water pressure for the toilet was weak. I had to depress the toilet flush-button for a good 15 seconds before I could let go to ensure the contents were fully flushed. The fridge/freezer was not cold (ice cream melted) and there was no microwave. The curtains couldn't close all the way so I had to use the chair to press against the curtains, which I pulled one over the other to keep them kind of 'closed' for privacy. Other than that, I guess it was ok. I just had to do the curtain-chair thing, keep the AC off at night because no comforter, and keep asking front desk to help with me with spotty internet in the beginning. Oh, and the bed was a bit hard and also the old spring-type. I wanted to move out the first night, but I don't think their refund policy is that good. It's a place to have a roof over your head but that was it. Internet had issues...tv was up to date.

Great location and friendly staff. Hotel was too cold. I had a massage in the hotel but it was also cold and was unable to relax. I stayed on 5th floor. It was noisy with door closing, people talking in the corridor, cleaning staff's walkie talkie, rennovation in process, etc. I should have asked for the room in the upper floor so that I could sit on the balcony and relax, and the extra blanket. I was content with the beach and did not care to ask...All and all, it was a great stay in Guam.

空港から割と近いので時々利用しますが今回は袋から出したスリッパが汚れていましたし、枕が異様に臭く使えませんでした。そして深夜1時半に館内に警報機が鳴り渡りフロントデスクのある2階まで非常階段を使って降りてください、との指示。何が起きたかわからないが他の宿泊客の方々と共に7階から1階におり2階のフロントへ行きました。誤作動だそうです。朝早く空港に行かなくてはならないのに散々な目に遭いました!

새벽도착, 출발비행기라 첫날, 마지막날 잠만 잘 용도로 예약했습니다. 딱 거기까지 입니다. 침대에 이불도 없어서 밤에 추워 디지는줄알았어요. 침대시트에서 쿰쿰한 냄새도 나요. 비행스케줄만 아니었으면 다시 묵을일 없을 곳이에요.

部屋の機器不良 ①セーフティーボックスは修理を依頼しても動作せず ②シャワー温度調節ハンドルが壊れていて温水がぬるい湯のみが出る。お風呂として使えない ③Wifiが遅くユーチューブが途切れ途切れとなり、Web閲覧も困難 ④ベッドの上掛けがカバー1枚のシーツのみ>毛布を別途頂いた。 ⑤シンクが割れていて傷だらけで水洗ハンドルは水垢叉はカビ?で汚れて不潔に見える。 ⑥水洗トイレの流れが悪い。 ⑦部屋のグリーンアップが毎日遅く4:00pm以降で部屋にいるときになってしまう。 全体として人手不足のためかメンテナンスが悪く料金を考えでもって改善が必要。
