«Beautiful property overlooking the sea - well equipped and modern inside with tasteful decor. Wonderful communal pool which was deserted most of the time. Set in lovely landscaped gardens. Have given 4 stars only because it is quite a walk into La Herradura down steep hills - about 20 mins - 30 mins. Because it was so hot and humid (34 degrees and 80% humidity) we didn't attempt it and drove - would have been nice to be able to walk into town to get food but then you would sacrifice the location ...

«I spent 2 weeks in Villa Mimosa with family. The house is great, it has 6 bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, lots of outdoor spaces, a gym/ ping pong room downstairs, amazing views and a community swimming pool opposite the house. But the house needs a lot of maintenance - ceiling fans not working, air conditioning leaking, drawers that don´t close properly, the toilet downstairs cannot be used as it has a very strong smell and the door doesn´t work properly. «We had an amazing time at the villa, lovely quiet location and felt very secure with the walled grounds and secure gate. We loved the clean swimming pool which was a great size, alongside the local football court which was great. The villa is clean with many useful items to use to make the holiday as relaxing as possible. «Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. La maison est très bien, l'emplacement est parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent visiter les environs... La vue imprenable sur la mer est dépaysante et reposante. Le quartier est calme. Tout le nécessaire est inclus dans la maison. Le propriétaire et son fils sont très à l'écoute et répondent raidement et efficacement aux petits soucis rencontrés. «Wij zijn een week geweest met een paar vrienden en hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het enige waar je rekening moet houden is dat de grote supermarkten wat verder rijden zijn. Verder was het uitzicht prachtig en de omgeving erg rustgevend. Het verblijf in de villa was top, van alle gemakken voorzien en fijn informeel contact met de eigenaren. Zeker de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan.»

«Fabulous location, fabulous huge property!! Very clean and had everything we needed and more !! We had 4 in our party 1 couple and 2 singles .. the pictures really don’t do the property justice and the value for money was outstanding!! We would definitely go again ..!!! «A fantastic villa situated in a very quiet location. We travelled as a family with two adults and three teenagers. This accomadation was perfect, the children took the main area and we could hide away in the private fully equipt flat if we needed space. The outdoor areas were great, lots of places to sit with tables and chairs in various areas around the house and garden. The pool is a good size and was cleaned during our stay. «Great location and superb views. The area is lovely. Weather unbeatable. No mosquitos or flies and Orgiva is well serviced with shops and bar/restaurants. The house has got all you need and is very spacious. It needs a bit of update here and there but it's the countryside environment and we loved it. I would have given 5 stars but there was an issue with a nearby youth summer camp that played music at a very high volume, unfortunately. Not every day and not all day. «The views and surroundings are nice.Unsafe as we found they had an emergency exit closed with a chain and lock on it and after days complaining they finally took the chain off..In general there was no feedback when putting in complaints about door staying open ,noise of music voices etc coming from kitchen extractor,room not cleaned one day,no hot water first day,toilet cistern etc etc»
