-There are several hiking trails and beaches located a short distance away.

- An additional 11 percent Mendocino county tax will be charged automatically.

- Cell reception in some parts of the coast can be spotty, regardless of which carrier you have. Please take this into account when planning your trip.

- The house is on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet and do not pour grease down the kitchen sink.

-We live in a remote area, surrounded by redwoods and the ocean. Please be aware that wildlife, including ants, spiders, raccoons, and bears, are common in the area. While we do our best to prevent animals from entering the house, occasional visitors may still find their way inside.
