The property is a new construction and was completed as recently as August 2021. The first floor features a combined dining and living room with a spacious kitchen and cooking island. You can relax on the couch and enjoy the large flat-screen TV.<br>Adjacent to this is the spacious terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture. A bathroom with a walk-in shower is also located on the first floor. In the utility room, you’ll find a chest freezer and a washing machine. For the little ones, a high chair and a portable changing table—including a baby bathtub—are provided. In addition, there is another crib in one of the bedrooms, in addition to the 6 beds. <br><br>On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are furnished with large, comfortable box-spring beds. You’ll also find a luxuriously appointed bathroom here with a rainforest shower and a bathtub. A carport is available for your vehicles. The adjacent, heated storage room provides space for items such as bicycles.
