WLAN access with up to 100 Mbit/s is available free of charge.

You can sit under an awning on the large, furnished southwest-facing balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and sink. There are plenty of glasses, crockery, pots and pans.

The extendable dining table has 5 chairs.

Also on this level you will find the stylish designer bathroom with daylight, equipped with a wellness shower, WC, washbasin and practical towel rails.

There is electric heating with thermostat control in the living room and bathroom.

In the upper part of the apartment, which can be reached via a spiral staircase, there are two bedrooms with electric heating. The 1st bedroom has 3 single beds (90x200 cm each). Through this room you reach a 2nd bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm).

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed here.

The rental price is for 3 people, each additional person is charged extra per night. The laundry package can be booked separately for a fee.

Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in the laundry room.

There are parking spaces on the property in front of and behind the house. The driveway to the left of the house is secured with a chain that you open with the front door key. There is a separate, secure bicycle shelter.

Noah's Ark Zoo is located at the lower end of Grüntal Street.

The supermarkets are an 8-minute walk away.
