«The cottage we stayed in was very nice and loads of space . An ideal location for trail running and long dog walks Threlkeld and keswick were not far away. Loved the doggy treats that were left out. Our only complaint would be that the tv in the lounge had no freeview channels . Had to mirror with my phone. The log burner was lovely and comforting. The ash tray was not emptied by the last guest . Also the welcome package in the kitchen. All the biscuits were well out of date . Otherwise ...

«Brilliant cottage, location was excellent on the edge of the whinlatter forest .The cottage had plenty of room, it was very clean , warm & comfortable. «The Cottage was ideally located for lots of adventures and had a very homely feel. The Cottage has the benefit of off road parking and because there are really good amenities in Braithwaite together with the fabulous walks from the door ranging from a Wainwright to a gentle stroll around the village we didn't use the car. We particularly enjoyed the walk up Barrow and Outerside with our dog Toby. I'm sure we will be staying again.»
