«The location is very isolated from population centers, very high in the hills. You are very close to nature and yet with excellent amenities to enjoy. Hospitality is lacking in that absolutely nothing is included in your room except towels and scant utilities to cook. No wine glasses in Tuscany! Internet is inconsistent. Expect the bare minimum services.»

«It is in beautiful location where you can recieve the healing energy of the Toscana countryside. However it's far from Florence, 45 minutes through a long and widing road. Internet and telephone signal is bad and we did't get the code to open the box with the keys on time, we strugeled to find a way to communicate with the staff.
