« Rick was very responsive and accommodating. The property itself is old and tired, and in need of some maintenance. The lack of hot water and low water pressure for showers was disappointing. «This property has been totally updated from the pictures that were online. Extremely clean and on a lovely, quiet street. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. Location was 10 minutes from airport and very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend. If you need a great tour Guide would also recommend Joseph at Ace Ventura Tours. «A group of four of us stayed at the villa for two weeks in April 2026.As soon as we arrived at the villa, we could tell we had made the right choice. «I have never written a bad review before on my many travels, but this place was awful. When we arrived, we were shown construction adjacent to the “villa” which we had not been warned about. The AC was not working, the safe was broken, there were cracks in the ceiling and the bathroom tiles. The pool was not clean the sofa was dirty and had a partial covering which was unattractive.
