«The house was clean and tidy. We were there to just sleep and not entertain. I would say that for our family preferences, we’d stay in a more quiet area of the city. This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.»

«The house was super clean, however I missed the fact the 2 full baths were downstairs, so the guests upstairs had to trek down the stairs if anyone needed to use restroom at night time. The neighborhood is questionable as a man approached us as we were sitting on the porch for a bag so he could empty the neighbors recycle bin to collect a deposit on the cans. «5 ladies enjoyed our stay here in this charming home. We each had our own room and we shared 2 bathrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living room gave us common area to hang out together in the morning and evenings. We had 3 cars between us and never had an issue with parking. Our host, Gina, was very responsive with any questions we had prior to our stay as well as during. It was easy to find and we loved the quiet neighborhood.»

«Pictures really dont do the scenery justice. The house itself was beautiful as well. The kids really enjoyed the game room on the lower level. Had issues with the VRBO app, which wouldnt allow me to respond to messages, so hopefully the owners see this so they know how much we enjoyed our stay!
