«I had a couple of issues with the room I stayed in. The TV wasn't working and I had to call reception to have it fixed. I called twice about the hair dryer that we weren't able to locate and ask for one. The room was clean, Wi-Fi was okay as expected, breakfast was a plus, place felt safe and it's perfectly located in a nice neighborhood.»

«The staff was helpful and coffee flowing. However, two items made for a disruptive sleep, despite a white noise machine we brought along as well as being pretty adaptable guests. First, we brought our own cooler, thankfully, but the refrigerator not only didn’t get or stay very cold but made loud noises for its inefficient efforts allll night. And, while the air conditioner worked at 74 (and didn’t turn off or dial back its blowing), increase it to 75 and it doesn’t turn back on all night. So ...

«The breakfast was terrible. I travel so much and having a breakfast is important. There were microwaved eggs and really small limp bacon. The usual waffles were about the only thing edible. I stay at this hotel chain and this was the worst I have had. This chain of hotels is usually better. The rest was OK.»

«Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the TV channels included NHK, a channel from Japan that I enjoyed. Room was located at the end of the hall next to an exterior door and I don't know if it was that door, or other room doors around me, but I heard door closings which seemed loud in my room, until late evening. The bathroom power outlets were not working so I had to use the hair dryer outside the bathroom. A minor inconvenience. Free breakfast is included and a nice amenity. Breakfast area ...
