Amity House is located down a quiet road in Winterton village and backs onto the dunes. Minutes walk from local amenities including village shop, pub, tea rooms, post office and fish and chip shop.

Downstairs there is a cosy living room with wood burner, sofa and large TV. Behind this is a large, bright and airy kitchen diner with electric oven, gas hobs, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The dining area opens up to the very large and fully enclosed garden. Off the kitchen there is a very handy utility room housing the washing machine and dryer. There is a shower room and WC off the utility room. Downstairs has underfloor heating throughout.

Upstairs there is a king size bedroom at the front of the property. This bedroom has a large en suite bathroom comprising of bath, separate walk-in shower, WC and basin. The back bedroom which overlooks the garden has two 3' single beds making this the perfect family holiday home.

Outside there is a large fully enclosed garden with seating. There is off-road parking for one car or further parking can be found on Old Chapel Road.

Amity House welcomes three dogs free of charge. An extra dog can be discussed with the owners. Dogs are welcome through downstairs living areas of the property, but please keep them off the furniture. Please note for security reasons, CCTV covers the driveway to the property.
