«We were given room 4, apparently it has an Infamous reputation as the lad who looks after the hotel called a few hours before check-in to ask if we wanted to find alternative accommodation due to the amount of complaints they have about this room. Unfortunately Hotels.com were not especially helpful in changing our booking and we were about to set off so opted to just keep the room. It is at the top of the hotel, 4 flight of stairs up. There is no bathroom, you have to share the one on the 2nd ...

«Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. »

«Beautiful property in a lovely quiet area. Everything you need in the clean and tidy room and a great base for exploring. Fans available during the warm weather, a lovely table and chairs with umbrella to sit out at on an evening. The breakfast for £9 was excellent nothing was too much trouble for our hosts. Parking brilliant and was lovely to see Buddy the dog pottering around with his ball. Thank you for having us.»

«Everything abou the experience of staying there was awful booked a room with two rooms and was told there were no rooms left. So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready. And when we came back to the hotel we entered the single room it was small smelly and had dirt and no amenities whatsoever. We had a small child with us as well. The only god thing from this awful ...
