«I’m disappointed by how this situation was handled. Despite having a Do Not Disturb/privacy sign on my door, someone entered my room, moved my belongings, and opened the curtains. When I brought this concern to management, their response made it seem like they did not care or take the issue seriously. Privacy and guest safety should be a priority, and feeling dismissed only made the experience worse.»

«The property pictures suggest that rooms might have amenities like a Radisson or Home2Suites. They have a cooking appliance and reasonably large fridge but nothing else. No cookware, plates, silverware, glasses, etc.
I paid 22.99 for 1 week of "Enhanced Internet", Most of the time the service was bouncing between nothing and 2.7 Mbps. Front desk did not help, nor did the internet help desk. After complaining about a week of almost no internet they still proceeded to charge me. No concern ...
