«Everything was fantastic as was every staff member I met while there. One thing for someone to be aware of is that the establishment is on the corner of the main 2 streets in Lexington. So if you are bothered by traffic noise, I would suggest asking for a room not on the street if possible. It was not bad during my stay, but I was there during the off season. "Store rom, men rommene i den «historiske fløyen» er slitne og skulle vært renovert for lenge siden. Da jeg gikk inn på badet fikk jeg flashback av engelsk hotellstandards. Veldig lyrt mellom veggene. Er en skam at hotellet på sine nettsider skriver at dette er et luksuriøst hotell. Finnes mange hoteller i Toronto til samme pris med høyere standard "
