«This is a place to put your head down and that's about it. Small cottage that has many miles on it. Beds and bedding were old and uncomfortable. Blanket consisted of a sleeping bag. Showers backed up into the tub. Air conditioner leaked onto the living room floor. It rained hard while we were there. had some time where we could not go anywhere. TV is broken. Looks like the coax cable was yanked out of the back. Back window was broken with a piece of plastic and tape over it. One ...

«The property is beautiful and was perfect for what we needed and wanted. We were two couples celebrating wedding anniversaries. The two bedrooms with en-suites were awesome. The host responded promptly to our questions etc…. We would definitely recommend and return ourselves!»

«This is a really great place. Super clean and comfortable. Great access to ocean. Steps to the beach. Dine outside on patio. Lots of beach accessories supplied and host super responsive. I would highly recommend getting a rental car, get a one day pass at Grand Isle resort and/or renting a boat to explore Stocking Island so that you can experience different areas of the island. «We were greeted by someone when we checked in. Very friendly and great experience. The space was spacious and comfortable. Loved the screened in porch for meals and just enjoying the view of the ocean. Convenient location was close enough to town to walk, however we rented a car for our stay. Overall great experience and will definitely look at booking here again next time we visit the island.»

«Had a great stay with our little family in this cute cottage. Warren was super responsive and helpful from beginning to end. The kitchen was well equipped and charcoal grill was a plus. Nice water view from living room and bedrooms. (Tip—you will definitely need a car to get to swimming/beach access. Rocky area outside of house leads to a rocky water view only.)»

«The location of this small cottage and Peter's hospitality are outstanding. The AC is cold, the appliances work well and the bed is comfortable. There are chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kayaks, a paddle board, snorkeling equipment, lots of floats and plenty of beach towels for guests to use. The space is small and there is not a door on the inside restroom. As other guests have pointed out, the driveway is a bit rough. Overall, we had a great time at Sunset Cottage and would definitely stay here ...

«We stayed for a week in at minns cottages, an we loved it. Its the Perfekt location, right in between fish fry and George town. Walking distance to food and liqure store. And you just cross the road and you're at the beach for a morning swim. Thank you for a great stay.»
