«This is a difficult review for me to write because the host is genuinely a very kind and a lovely person, which we truly appreciated throughout our stay. The property itself is in a fantastic location, directly in front of a private beach area with access to pristine water and kayaks available for use. «We stayed for a week in at minns cottages, an we loved it. Its the Perfekt location, right in between fish fry and George town. Walking distance to food and liqure store. And you just cross the road and you're at the beach for a morning swim. Thank you for a great stay.»

«Monica was a great host and Buttercup was exactly as described and pictured. We loved coffee in the mornings in the screened in porch and the convenience of the beach being a short distance across the street. The beach gear that was available to borrow was also a really nice perk! While Minns cottages is walking distance to George town, we did end up renting a car as the main road was a little busier than expected but also so we could see more of the island. All in all we had a fantastic stay ...

«Location to airport/town were perfect! Beach it’s located on was amazing! House manager was very responsive and helpful! Downsides, cleanliness was great especially in the bathrooms, floors were dirty and showers just didn’t make you feel clean as the bathrooms were dirty. The house is also unfinished lots of missing caulk, closet doors were leaning against the walls and towels for a small family were limited for a 3 night stay. »

«The house was very cozy and clean. Very nice position 5 min walk from the beach. Ocean is visible from the house. Kendanique is the host that everybody likes to have. She's very responding, very friendly and at the same time very professional. We stayed a week and everything was perfect. A little grocery store for the essential nearby. There is a bar on the beach. Highly recommended!!!! »

«This entire experience was amazing. The Island is gorgeous and has a perfect location in the Exumas on the most beautiful sandbar.
