«This was a great place for us to stay with our family while in town for our niece's wedding. Having the main bedroom upstairs from the rest of the house was nice to be able to break away from people when needed. Communication from the management staff was prompt and clear, and they even helped us when we needed an item we couldn't find in the house. «Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors.»

«Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!»

Though, bathroom could’ve been cleaner in my option, water splashes on the floor and a bit dusty. There’s complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. «My stay was wonderful. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. Katherine at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming. She was very warm and genuine in her approach, and she truly made me feel at home. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean. «Hot tub packed with little kids. No life guard in the pool area or at the beach. Did not have breakfast at the property. Way too expensive. We had lunch at the bar near the pool. Food is good. Price was not bad for the amount and quality of the food. Concierge lady: the best!! Very attentive e and nice. Lots of suggestions. Front desk and wait staff need better training. »
