«Upon arrival, it was obvious that it wasn’t ran through for a touch up cleaning same date of arrival. We had a dead field mouse in the master tub and ants all over the kitchen counter. The bathrooms need serious updating, decks need to be painted, she just needs some love. It’s a cool place, we had a great time. If you put about 10k for some upgrades, it would be a more pleasurable stay for your future guests.»

«Wonderful place to stay. Easy walk to the beach. Would be nice to have another bike. Regular glasses or plastic glasses would be a nice addition. Only one roll of toilet paper and a mostly used other 1 ply toilet paper not adequate for 3 people. Had to buy a bar of bath soap but not a big deal. Dishwasher but no dishwashing detergent, would have used dishwasher.»

«Entire home, Very Clean and Cozy... best king sized bed ever! Kitchen well stocked. Loved the Beachy decor and many bankets...Our 30 lb puppy loved fenced yard.... PING PONG in garage A HOOT :-) We will come back and recommend to our fam and friends!»

«Excellent service, friendly service and a great locale. Good proximity to town, shore, activities and services. This park was quiet and clean had all we needed and more. We didnt fish or clam this time, but they have ammenities for that as well. Yes its an older property but is well run. Will definitely stay again.»

«House was clean and comfortable, close to the beach and stores. The fenced in backyard is great for dogs and the hot tub works fine and was a nice treat. Bring your own kitchen supplies though and don’t make any assumptions about what is there. Would happily stay again.»

«We were very happy with the condo. Clean, comfortable and a great price. The only issue was that it is under construction so when we got there, there was construction debris in and around the area. At first I didn't know if I was in the right place. But it all worked out and we had a good stay.»

«Had lots of fun, the beaches here are better than long beach (less crowded) very cute and tidy dwelling. Definitely need to check out jacks country store while in town. Only complaint is that there were a lot of air fresheners in the house and it was a bit much.»

«Quiet and just perfectly situated on the lake. Daily visits from a family of Otters. Birds singing all day, and frogs all night. 5 minute walk to Damon Park and a huge bay with miles to walk along the beach. Great yard for the dog. Comfy and cozy on the inside. LOVED staying here and will definitely stay again.»

«House was beautiful and had a ton of great things like nice pots and pans, dishes, stereo, TV, etc. rooms were comfortable and bathrooms great. Only suggestions would be a table that seats 6 since you can have 6 there and a variety of pillows that aren’t so thick. Really enjoyed our stay.»
