We continuously strive to improve our services based on our guests' feedback.Please remember we take pride in maintaining cleanliness across our property. Should you have any issues with your room, we're available 24/7 via phone, even when the reception is not manned.Coffee is readily available in our communal area on the 2nd floor, and we lend items like irons and hairdryers upon request. We strive to communicate all necessary information to our guests prior to their stay, to ensure they have a seamless experience. If there were misunderstandings or if you missed some information, please let us know so we can improve our communication.Our early check-in and check-out options are available for a small fee, and while we do not offer AC, this is clearly stated in our hotel information. We do not permit smoking anywhere on our property and provide ample information in our guestbook for any additional queries you may have about the hotel.Parking is generally available in Gråsten, and we offer a small parking area at the hotel. Hotellvalg utenom det vanlige
Dette hotellet overrasket oss positivt. Innsjekking skjedde etter opplysninger om kode til hoveddøren og døren til rommet. Stille og fredelig område. Gode senger og fint rom. Frokosten upåklagelig. Den eneste betjeningen vi hadde noe å gjøre med var personen som var ansvarlig for frokosten, hyggelig person. Parkering var ordnet, vi måtte bare fylle ut et skjema og plassere det i bilen. Et hotell som jeg gjerne anbefaler.

Flott koselig hotell nylig renovert i klassisk gammel stil og meget hyggelig forekommende personale ! Trivelige omgivelser. Vårt døgnopphold gav mersmak og vi kommer veldig gjerne tilbake her

Vi vender aldrig tilbage til dette hotel
Vores besøg lå i oktober. Der var ingen varme på i lejligheden. Vi bad om at få varme på i receptionen, og ganske kortvarigt kom der varme på, før der blev lukket igen. Vi sad med vores dyner omkring os i den afskallede hvide plastiksofa og prøvede at holde pinen ud med duftlys, så lugten af fugt ikke var nær så gennemtrængende. Den absolut værste hoteloplevelse nogensinde. Sengene var egentlig fine, hvis man altså kunne sove for støjen fra grillbarens køleanlæg (?) nedenunder lejligheden. Men rengøringen var OK og receptionisten gjorde, hvad hun kunne. Morgenmaden var også OK.

Vi havde et fint ophold på Det Gamle Rådhus. Værelset var dejligt (vi boede på Mary-værelset), men vi savnede, at der var to stole. Der var kun et skrivebord med en stol, og vi synes, det er lidt irriterende at være nødt til at sidde på sengen, og der havde fint været plads til en stol mere. Morgenmaden var ok - dog præget af, at mange ting var færdigkøbte (pandekager uden smag, frostrundstykker osv.), men til prisen var det et godt ophold. Der var lader til elbil - dog var denne service ret dyr (6 kr./kWh).

Vi har lige været på weekendophold på Det Gamle Raadhus i Graasten. Stedet er fint og charmerende indrettet, selvbetjenings tjekind fungerer fint og morgenbordet også ok. Men værelset har været uanstændigt koldt. Vi har alene kunnet opholde os under dynen. Der var dagsfrost udenfor og alligevel var der stort set ingen varme på den enlige radiator, der kun var lidt lunken i toppen. Varmen er fjernstyret, så du kan intet gøre selv. Vi kontaktede telefonisk en sød pige, der udgjorde receptionen, som faktisk også selv syntes det var koldt på hotellet, men viceværten påstod, at der var den temperatur, der skulle være på 21,7 grader og måtte iøvrigt ikke regulere yderligere for chefen. Det var så koldt, så koldt som vi da aldrig har oplevet noget lignende. Vi fandt på Google så også ud af, at hotellet er til salg. Der er tydeligvis nogen, der er sat i spidsen for at få bedst mulig kortsigtet drift for at opnår bedst mulig salgspris. Vores klare anbefaling er derfor: BLIV VÆK INDTIL DET BLIVER FORÅR OG SOMMER eller indtil der er kommet nye ejere, der er villig til at åbne for varmen. Kulden ødelægger simpelthen opholdet og det er ikke det værd - og så billig var opholdet heller ikke.
